Art in the Sticks - Rural Arts

We need more contemporary art in this area! I have organised an exhibition for next weekend where I hope I can reach a broader audience with contemporary arts and crafts. ART IN THE STICKS on SUNDAY 18th NOVEMBER from 1 - 6pm with a £1 entry to help cover costs.

Art in the Sticks is an exhibition of exciting contemporary arts and crafts from artists and makers in the North West. There will be over 15 stalls of painting, textiles, jewellery, ceramics and handbags, all for sale.

Firstly how did your exhibition go ? and secondly will you be organising another one as I would be interested in maybe bringing some of my prints along.

Hey, sorry for the incredibly delayed reply - I haven't been on here for ages. The event was good, lots of visitors and most people made a fair bit of money. The main benefit (for me at least!) was meeting a lot of artists in a similar situation and creating a bit of a network. We are hoping to plan something similar in the summer so I will post it on here nearer the time.
